Welcome to our cozy family home in Cambria, California! A comfortable and peaceful place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the the seaside. It has two bedrooms: one bedroom with an additional covered sunroom that can be used as an office, yoga, reading room, or playroom/nursery and the second bedroom has a generous walk in closet. Each room as a dedicated working space. There is a full bath with tub/shower downstair and toilet upstairs. Comfortable for 2-3 adults or for a family* (recommended 4 max but can be discussed if more) . All utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly cleaning are included. No pets (we love them but have allergies), no smoking. Washer and dryer in unit as well as A/C units for the occasional Cambria heat wave. Parking on unpaved driveway. The location is amazing...just one block from West Village where you can find restaurants, antique shops and coffee.10 minute walk to Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. Great launch pad to explore the wider San Luis Obispo County by car - Paso Robles, Templeton wine country and coastal towns San Simeon, Cayucos, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo.
