Hallway bedroom in my condo is up for rent! The entire room has just been painted with a fresh, new coat of paint from top to bottom. Located in Santa Clarita near the 14 freeway. Very close to College of the Canyons (COC), California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), Six Flags Magic Mountain, and the Westfield Valencia Town Center Mall. The colleges and universities are about a 10-15 minute drive, depending on traffic. If you happen to work in aerospace, Palmdale and Lancaster are not very far away either (about 30-60 minutes by car, depending on traffic and time of day). Room is appx. 10.5 x 11, semi-furnished with a bed/mattress, light fixture, and dresser in the closet. Shared bathroom with just 1 other person. The rest of the condo includes my furnishings and appliances, which you are welcome to use. You will share the condo with 2 professional males, plus me when I am there (which is seldom). Atmosphere is quiet, respectful and peaceful. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and balcony. Shoes are always removed at the door. We all keep tidy daily, but rent also includes a 1x monthly cleaning service. Rent includes the 1x monthly cleaning service, gas, water, trash and electric. Term is 6 or 12 months.
