This is an awesome home! It has been an Airbnb for several years and guests have loved (140 5 Star reviews) its close proximity to everything. They love the layout and find the house very clean and comfortable. It has an updated kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. We currently have a queen bed in one room and king in the other with plenty of space for dressers and night stands. It is listed as unfurnished, but will be operational as an Airbnb until the end of May. It is VERY close to WTAMU campus. It also has a big backyard with privacy fence. Lease is one year in duration. Tenant pays all utilities. Utilities, including internet, will run about $200-250/month. This includes city water/sewer/trash, natural gas, electricity, and internet. Dogs welcome with $200 non-refundable deposit per animal, max of 2 dogs. NO cats.
