Easy access to I5 but away from all the noise. Owner will pay for HOA fees and trash pick up, electricity/gas/water are renters' responsibility. For pets, community restrictions are enforced: up to two dogs or up to two cats, or one cat and one dog. No smoking inside the unit. We require renters insurance for everyone's peace of mind. For parking, please use our two car garage. Any additional cars can be parked outside of the community off the street (space can be limited).
