Room for rent in a HOUSE. This is a standard-sized room with big windows that bring in great lighting. It is UNFURNISHED. The room is newly remodeled with fresh paint, ceiling fan, closet doors and door knobs. The room door comes with your own set of keys to lock if needed. You will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant in a very private area of the home. The bathroom is also newly renovated and has new granite shower with fixtures, new large bathtub, new vanity, lighting and toilet. The hallway has extra storage space and is a private entrance area to your bedroom. There is also your own storage space for toiletries. Shared Spaces: You will have access to the kitchen and laundry area with 2 days a week to do laundry. (if you have an emergency load to do, we try to accommodate at least 1 load on your off days. During your days, we ask that you also allow for 1 emergency load for us and the other tenant. We will live together and should work together in the house.) You will have your own area for laundry supplies and your own pantry area for food. The refrigerator has limited space, but you will have your own drawer. We recommend getting a small refrigerator for your room for more storage. We do have a spare in the garage if you need it for initial move in. You will have a full shelf in the deep freezer in the garage to freeze any food. The dining room, living room and backyard are not shared areas but we can accommodate you for the dining room and backyard if you would like to have the areas for a few hours to host a get together for your friends or family upon request and approval. room for rent in a HOUSE. When I have my dad visit from out of town, he will need to park his RV by the RV parking spot (he doesn't come often). There will be a 500$ deposit and a walk through to cover the condition of the property before and after lease. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with 1 other tenant. Your area of the house is pretty secluded and we probably won't run into each other often other than in the kitchen and laundry room. You will have designated laundry days to be discussed at move in. You have your own area for laundry items and pantry. We will be conducting a credit and background check with our selected renter. Over all, it's a calm life and we have children living in the home but they are in daycare Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM. You will have your privacy and rarely see them. I am a 33 year old mom and my husband is 40. We are both working professionals. We ask that our renter be clean and courteous. No over night guests No pets. Take care of the rooms that will be yours and communicate with us if there are any questions or concerns.
