Hello! We have a tiny house on wheels, tumbleweed/THOW style, on the edge of our forest for rent. It is a charming little cottage with live edge wood. The home is 112 square feet downstairs, not including the sleeping loft (which fits a queen sized mattress) plus a 4x7 porch. The little cabin has a kitchenette with a hot plate, toaster oven, and hot and cold running water. The bathroom has a shower and a composting toilet. This small house has regular electricity. Rent is $1,000/month plus $200/month for utilities (electricity, internet, well water, garbage, recycling) and approximately 10x10 not climate controlled storage in our garage, your own washer and dryer in our garage, space for a small shop/crafting, access to 5 acres including a pond and dingy, fire pit, camping area, forest, and field. Our tenant will also have space to grow their own garden, if desired. My partner and I live on the property, but our tenant will have their own separate driveway and parking area.
