A large 12x13 bedroom is available with full use of the house with a shared bath and an above-ground pool (home is 3/2). Located in the beautiful La Pasada HOA community of Cathedral City, near the Desert Princess resort. It is just 5 miles north of downtown Palm Springs and 10 minutes from the airport. This beautiful ranch home has been recently remodeled and is very peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. The room is furnished with a dresser, a queen-size bed, and a heavy-duty table suitable for a TV. There is space in the room if you might have additional furniture (like a TV, desk, etc). All utilities, including internet, and use of washer/dryer are included. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Also, full use of the home, including the kitchen, pool, BBQ, dining, and living room, is yours (limited storage in the kitchen). Ample street parking. While I'm not a neat freak, everyone (two folks plus you) are expected to pick up after themselves. A housekeeper is included for "deep cleaning" every now and then. Looking for a clean, employed/retired, respectful person (no couples), and non-smoker (at least inside). My room is at the opposite end of the home, so you'll have your privacy. While all are welcome to inquire, this is a gay home with gay men living in it. I'm at that "pre-retirement" stage of life, balancing work with my enjoyment of life! Home is drug-free.
