A convection oven is allowed if the renter wants to purchase one. The apartment is across a large deck from our house, connected on the other side of the garage. The private entrance is around the side of our house. We are in the process of adding a fenced yard in front of the door. Rent paid monthly through PayPal or Zelle. Move-in requires signing a lease and paying first/last month's rent. Willing to accept a nine-month lease for a student. Water and electricity are included in the rental price. 20 minutes from Clemson University and 5 minutes from Southern Wesleyan University, in a good neighborhood.
