No smoking, cigars, vaping, cannabis aka marijuana, weed, pot, and ganja, allowed inside the home or within 15 ft. of the home. Violation of this policy will result in additional fees and eviction of the property. *Please note: The Fire pit area is a designated smoking area. Please clean all debris, cigarette butts, or cigar debris after yourself. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. Violation of this policy will result in additional fees. * Absolutely, No smoking or vaping whatsoever inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $1,000. *ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND: VIOLATION OF PET RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES *Safety & property: Exterior security cameras on property: We have a security camera facing the front door and one facing the driveway that will remain on during the duration of your stay. *Carbon monoxide alarm installed *Smoke alarm installed *Unless you have received prior approval in writing directly from us, we have a strict NO PARTY/EVENTS/GATHERING policy. We only allow up to 10 guests at no additional charge. However, if there are more than 10 guests, we charge $100/person for each additional guest. Please note: Only 6 people are permitted to stay overnight. Please note, this policy is strictly enforced and will result in forfeiture of your deposit and any additional fees. Please note, you and your guest will be asked to leave immediately if this policy is violated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. *Please be careful to only park on driveway; NO parking in the grass is not allowed and very susceptible to getting stuck in the mud. The garage is unavilalbe for guest to use. *Please make sure to dispose of any trash in the designated area beside the garage. Be careful not to leave any trash or food outdoors as we have lots of critters living in the woods and they love to find food and make messes. Only bagged trash in the cans please. *Sunday - Monday we ask that you please bring the garbage bins to the street so the trash can be picked up early Monday morning. *House Rules: Each guest will be provided a rental agreement and be required to pay a damage deposit. Any person who stays longer than 5 days is considered a tenant and will be required to pay the full amount of rent; absolutely NO exceptions. Violation of the policy will result in the tenent being evicted. *Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. *Each tenant will provide a valid government ID or Passport. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. *This home is fully furnished and has what you need to cook and dine in. *Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner's closet and garage. *Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
