    Master Suite with large windows overlooking the street and community resort style pool.The adjoining master bathroom includes a large walk in shower, double sinks. Bedroom also includes large walk in closet. Semi private entrance as this will be the only occupied BROn the top floor. The bedroom and closet are carpeted and the barroom is all tile. Laundry is just outside the bedroom. Min 6-month preferably 12 month lease. Utilities included. Limited Pool and gas grill access, (literally just across the street) in summer months. 5-7 minute easy walk to light rail station. Street parking only. Non smoking residence (no exceptions) General tidiness especially in shared living spaces, including picking up and taking out trash, occasional vacuuming if needed between maid service. Requires excellent credit and background check including proof of sufficient income. Also would prefer 2 or 3 references. Prefer that meals, food stay in the kitchen. Most kitchen utensils/cookware and miscellaneous items are shared by the landlord/roommate. I would prefer a roommate with very few items to bring to the kitchen as I have most everything. Any additional appliances in your room must be agreed on prior to bringing them into the house. If there are any repairs including electrical or plumbing these should be reported immediately. Any request to modify fixtures or add wall hangings must be approved by landlord In advance. Would prefer roommates that have a similar schedule in terms of day and night time hours, with the expectation that all noises are silenced or substantially reduced by 10:30 pm. The dog, while adorable and precious to me has some idiosyncrasies that may not be cute to you. My expectation is my roommate is either a dog lover or at least very patient with a pet living under our feet. You can expect that he will bark on occasion and sometimes for several minutes at a time. If a dog barking periodically sounds intolerable this home would not be a good fit for you.
