Rent minimum 3 days & maximum 28 days- longer than a month is negotiable. Guests must go up a set of stairs to enter the home. There are two queen bedrooms and an office on the main floor and laundry in the unfinished basement. No smoking or pets on the property. Guests responsible to pay for a $200 cleaning fee at the end of the rental term. If the first month goes well, renters could have the option to extend the term.
