By taking over my lease, you will save $2,500 a month on a short-term rental at One North. This wonderful updated top-floor apartment features one bedroom plus den/office and one bath. There are very few units in the building that offer a den with this much square footage for a 1 bedroom apartment or such high ceilings. It also has two walk-in closets plus two more smaller closets. The apartment has 9 foot ceilings and an update kitchen plus in-unit laundry. It also has a parking spot and storage unit included in the price from July 1 to October 25 (a $95 a month savings). I am looking for someone to take over my lease which goes until October 25th with an option to renew as I have purchased a home and am moving. If you renew, you can choose not to renew the parking space and storage unit ($35 and $60 respectively). Pets are allowed for an extra fee and there is a dog daycare on-site as well for a daily fee. This unit is not furnished. You will be responsible for all utilities. Nothing is due up front except a $1,000 security deposit. Proof of renter's insurance is required by the building management to be approved.
