We maintain a quiet and respectful environment, so no aggressive behavior, fights, or disturbances. Violations of these rules may result in immediate lease termination without a refund. Shared Spaces: You'll share a modern bathroom with two sinks and two cabinets, so you have your own sink and storage. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, and there's a comfortable living and dining area. You'll also have access to the backyard and driveway, and we just ask that you park respectfully so we can both fit easily.
