Looking for approved renters to take over our lease. We pay $2250 a month and this includes landscaping. Water, trash and PGE are tenant responsibility. We do have an emotional support animal which can be approved upon application process. Must be approved through Blue Oak Property Management. We have loved this home and are just outgrowing it. The neighborhood has been amazing to raise kids in and we have been fortunate these past couple years. We have replaced the oven/range and had paint updates done in areas by property management. We have also done small updates to the backyard this past summer that have improved the looks.
