No unapproved guests, pets (unless approved), glitter, candles, hair dye, or smoking indoors (may smoke outside) Parties are strictly prohibited. Entry will be denied without refund if a party is suspected (outdoor cameras present). No subletting or using the property for illegal, unsafe, or commercial purposes. Keep the space clean, safe, and respectful. Occupancy & Access Do not exceed the agreed-upon guest count without approval. Non-family groups (e.g., fraternities, school groups) must be pre-approved. The owner may access the property for inspection or maintenance. Refunds follow the Super Strict 30 policy: Cancel 30+ days in advance to receive 50% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. Travel insurance, damage protection, and admin fees are non-refundable. Security Deposit A $1000 hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival. If there's no damage beyond normal wear and tear, the full amount is released within 2 days of departure. Charges may apply for excess cleaning, missing or damaged items, or misuse of amenities.
