I am negotiable on pets, including cats and dogs. I'm still lamenting over this but love animals. Non-smoking only and not negotiable. There is tons of parking in the driveway. Renter will have to pay for electric, Wi-Fi/Cable, garbage, & Propane (so minimal). Electric is low, especially if you know how to use a wood stove. I can teach you, but you will need to buy more wood. There is wood on site that I have already purchased that you may use. Super cozy warm! Water and sewer is included. The community is amazing! There are four Pickleball courts. The lease is for one year, but I understand very well that sometimes things happen. I won't make it difficult to get out of a lease I get it! I'm a public metal artist and it is an amazing inspirational place to be :) Since it is furnished, I would only ask that you treat as your own and in a very nice way.
