Utilities, wi-fi and designated on-site driveway parking are included in the rent. Linens, towels, kitchen appliances (mini-fridge with freezer, air-fryer, microwave, convection hot-plate, electric grill, coffee pot, Keurig, crock-pot, waffle-iron, dinnerware, cookware, etc. are also included. Studio has 2 closets, a dresser and 2 bookcases with extra storage space. Central heat and air is controlled from upstairs, but there are 4 ceiling fans, a window unit air conditioner, and an electric fireplace with a space heater for additional temperature control.` TV is equipped with Chromecast for streaming. Cable is not included. Little extras include: yoga mat with strap and blocks, beach blanket with umbrella/beach towel/lunch cooler, aromatherapy diffuser with essential oils, sound machine, salt lamp. Located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood 4 minutes from quaint Downtown Clermont with breweries with live music, restaurants, shops, farmer's market and events and shopping is just a short drive. Lake Minneola is just a mile away where you can enjoy the sandy beach and a swim. Bring your iSUP to paddle or take a run/walk or bike ride along the trail. If you're a triathlete, you're in good company with athletes from all over the world who train here in Clermont, dubbed "The Choice of Champions." There are a lot of local fun things to do on your days off and we're centrally located to beaches, springs, state parks, hiking trails, area attractions, and more! A binder with local things to do along with books about Florida and ideas for day and weekend trips are on the shelf for you to peruse. Minimum 6 month rental for a single person.
