• Room and utilities included I'm the homeowner and work from home 3 days a week and live alone. No cats or kids Have 3 dogs already but willing to do meet and greet with other dogs. My dogs are friendly. Cleaning supplies will be shared as well as cleaning chores Two living spaces, one used as an office space, the other has couch, tv Backyard Garage Security system Room is 13 ft by 9 feet with blinds, black curtains Not furnished in the bedroom Standard closet no doors but a curtain No deposit but tenant is responsible for carpet cleaning, any holes in walls and painting. I do have a carpet cleaner and paint. Food, toilet paper, and laundry stuff are not generally shared so tenants responsibly. Vape is allowed inside. Have smoke spots outside for cigs. Streaming services are available on front TV. Yard care and pest control are my responsibility and done during the month. Have insurance and warranty. I have a month to month lease to sign with no deposit, just clean, clean carpet and paint upon moving out. I'm pretty lenient but also do not want my house to be a revolving door. Any damages done by tenant are to be paid for by tenant. Any house fixes, just speak up and I will take care of any fixes.
