The 'Yellow Room' provides tons of gorgeous bright light upon entering in off the living room. It provides a 12" memory foam Queen Bed that sleeps 2. It has a dedicated work space for those who want to work remote for those longer term vacations / work remote stays. Shut the door for quiet and focus to turn those ideas into action plans with this zen space. The 'Blue' has two sets of twin memory foam bunk beds (sleeps 4). It is perfect for kids or for larger groups looking for more individual beds. Even the bunk beds have memory foam mattresses. Downstairs: The 'Green Room' is rich and glamourous with a 12" plush Queen memory foam mattress that sleeps 2. It serves as a den/game room during the day loaded with foosball table, arcade, and a hang out den. The 'Pink Room' is fresh bright with a 12" plush Queen memory foam mattress that sleeps 2. For the babies at your request- we offer a pack and play sleeper, and a high chair for your convenience. THE BACKYARD This completely renovated backyard is a vacation to post to your social media! It has a newly built pool and spa. The pool and spa are resort like with water features, enjoy with family and friends. Rest by the new pool loungers while enjoying a refreshing drink by the pool side. Stay cool under the jumbo umbrellas while basking in the desert sun. Entertainment delight! Lawn games, lawn pickle ball, ping pong and more! Even the green lawn is brand new! Gather around the modern firepit to share endless stories in the Adirondack chairs. Cook up your favorite steak and veggies on the new Stainless Steel BBQ grill and enjoy an outdoor meal in the new mid century modern dining table/chairs. Our dining set seats 14 for some warm night dining. Wrap up the night by enjoying a night cap around the outdoor couch and string lights, this is your Desert Heath enjoy your stay with us! This property is available on a weekly or month to month basis. Please reach out with your dates to book! - $2000 refundable deposit for damages. - Rentals over 1 month will require guests/tenants to cover internet, water, electric, trash/sewer, gas. - Owner will cover pool and gardening maintenance. - All rentals will require adults to provide gov issued photo ID's and sign a rental agreement and credit/background check. House Details/Rules: - There are two parking spots in the driveway. Also, parking in front of the property is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not park in front of their homes. We ask that you observe the quiet hours per city rules. No outdoor music or loud sounds outdoors. Please observe the 9pm quiet hours each night. -Pool heating is offered as an extra add on for $80/ day. Recommended from Nov to Apr as the desert gets cold and drops in temp to 50-55 degrees in the winter. -Spa heating is available at $25/day rate. Please note: pool or spa can be heated one at a time. We can work together on warming up! All guests must be 25 years old with a valid ID to book this property Upon booking, a government issued photo ID will be required for all adults staying on the property. A rental agreement must be signed for all stays as waiver to accept that you will use the pool and spa at your own risk. We do not have a lifeguard on duty. Check in instructions and a key pad code will be provided via message platform within 24 hours of your stay. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure and check in time is at 3:00 PM. Any and all forms of smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere Inside or Outside the house or property. This includes vape, cigarettes or marijuana. An extra cleaning fee for $500 will be charged. AC/Heating - please DO NOT turn AC below 74 degrees during the summer to avoid freezing out the AC. Please make sure you keep all doors and windows shut in summer/winter to conserve energy. Noise and Parties - An unauthorized party or event at the property will lead to your immediate removal from the property without a refund, and forfeiture of the entire security deposit. Be a GOOD NEIGHBOR and please avoid playing music outdoors, or loud talking/noise while at the house especially after 9pm. The city of Indio has strict vacation rental ordinances regarding parties and noise at vacation rentals. Your cooperation is compulsory and will assure you have a lovely stay. NO OUTSIDE MUSIC Is permitted at any time after 9pm per the regulations of the City of Indio Pets - are not allowed on premise (indoor nor outdoors). Pool - please do not attempt to change pool setting, turn pool heating on, or change pool temperature. If pool heating was requested, pool heating will be set to 84 degrees and should not be changed. This will be controlled by the Host. There will be an additional $80/ day heating fee for the pool each day requested. We monitor pool heating during rentals. There will be a penalty fee assessed for misuse. Trash - All trash should be tied in garbage bags and put in the trash bin prior to departure. Excessive trash left at the property may incur extra charges. BBQ - BBQ is propane. Please use with Caution. An extra cleaning charge may be added if the BBQ is left with excessive grease and food. There is a fire extinguisher near the BBQ for your safety. When checking out, please start the dishwasher to run dirty dishes. Please ensure that all doors and window are locked prior to departure. Make sure to turn off all lights, electronics, TV/Sound system - including pool lights. You are responsible for assuring the home is secure at your departure. Keys - This property is Keyless entry please assure door has securely locked on your departure. Broken/ Missing items - We prefer that you report any items broken or missing before you depart the home. We understand that accidents happen and would appreciate your honest cooperation if something went wrong while at the house. We work hard to maintain lovely homes for all our guests. Sound System/TV's - we have a smart tv and you can enter your personal account info to watch tv on apps like Amazon, Netflix's, Disney etc. please note - the Sound System and TV's are rather sophisticated. Tampering with wires, settings and moving speakers is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of entire deposit. At Your Own Risk - Use of anything on the premises including the house, property, trundle beds, fireplace and pool, spa are at your own risk. We do not have a lifeguard on duty. Please ensure that children are always supervised in the backyard and near the pool. Security /Recording cameras are running OUTDOORs only 24/7 for Guest safety and for the security of the property to avoid vandalism. Cameras are located in the entry way of the front door, back door slider, driveway, and over looking the pool and side gate. Tapering with the cameras result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and stay. Guests will be removed from premise without refund for the reminder of the stay. Tapering with Wifi or router is strictly prohibited. Tapering with the Wi-Fi or router will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and stay. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entry to the property, collapse outdoor umbrellas, and cover up outdoor furniture after each use as the desert is dusty and winds are extreme in the evenings.
