DESCRIPTION: This water canal home on Bimini Road in Cocoa Beach has a private dock and pool. This water canal has private homes, and no condominiums or apartments on or across the canal. From the house, it is a short walk to the beach, the grocery store, fine restaurants and Lori Wilson Park. The canal home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with open concept for the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. It has a high slanted ceiling with 25 feet of glass for viewing the pool and water canal. It is a split ranch with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom are on one end of the house and the large master suite with the bedroom, bathroom and office area on the other end. Three of the 4 bedrooms have a beautiful view of the canal, dock and pool. You can enjoy dinner or meals on the patio with its comfortable chairs and tables. The large garage houses a car and an extra freezer. Two kayaks for exploring the canal/river and several bikes for riding in Cocoa Beach are available. It is a joy to relax in the pool or watch the water wildlife from the dock or adjacent deck. You can watch the dolphins powerfully swim in the canal, the manatees lollygag with their babies, the pelicans divebomb from the air for fish, and the herons/cranes stand peacefully on the dock.
