This is a full apartment in a house. It is semi-private. The entrance is through the garage and it does not lead through the main floor and the landlord's space. There is a storage room in the basement, as well as the mechanical room that will need periodic access by landlord. This will always be preceded by a notice and all attempt will be made to enter during an agreed upon time. The apartment is fully furnished, has new floor and carpet, new kitchen counters. I have cats in the house upstairs. They don't go into the basement at all, it's all separated by walls and doors. But if you're allergic to cats, this may not be your best bet. It's a rancher, so noise travels between the two floors. Therefore, I think the best is if my renters have a similar schedule to us. Sleep at night, up during the day. The kitchen does not have a full size stove/oven. There is a toaster oven and hotplates. Everything else is full size. Minimum lease is one month. Partial months will be pro-rated. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood with lots of walkways and playgrounds. Lots of mature trees and super close to Palmer Park. Trash and WiFi is included. Parking is on the street. No smoking of anything. (Well, you can smoke meat...) This includes medical THC. If federally illegal drug use is discovered, lease is terminated immediately. We love pets, but they are not allowed in the rental. Sorry! No long-term guests and no partying allowed. No nighttime loud noises that keeps others awake. Looking for people on the same schedule as us, awake during the day and sleeping at night. If the schedules or noise level don't work out for either of us, the lease will be considered void. I'm very flexible with the lease terms. It will be a contract between us, that benefits and protects everyone.
