Bedroom 5: Spacious Double Queen room adjacent to the kitchen Refreshing Bathrooms: Two conveniently located bathrooms including a serene, spa-inspired master bath ensure a refreshing and stress-free experience. Comfortable Living Area: Gather in our stylish yet cozy living room featuring plush seating, warm decor, abundant natural light, and a 65" Smart HDTV perfect for movie nights and downtime with family and friends. To help make your stay as comfortable as possible and to keep the home enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow these house rules: Just to let you know, the utilities fee will be discussed and will be based on the actual monthly bill. I wanted to be transparent about this so there are no surprises Pets We gladly welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets (no cats, under 40 lbs, non-aggressive). Please supervise them, clean up after them, and use covers if they're on furniture. Let us know their breed, weight, and number when booking. Guests Only registered guests may stay (max 16). Please ensure all guests are declared. Check-In/Out Standard check-in time is 4:00pm and for check-out is 10:00am. Early check-in is available for $25 per hour, and for late check-outs requested until 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Any requests made after 8 PM the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes, subject to availability Noise & Parties Kindly respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking Smoking is not allowed indoors. A $150 fee applies if this rule is broken. Trash & Parking Use black/brown bins for trash and blue bins for recycling. Please do not park on the lawn, and note that RVs/oversized vehicles are not permitted. Furniture & Property Care Please avoid moving furniture or the pool table ($100 fee if moved). Report any damages during your stay. Linens & Towels Kindly use linens and towels with care. Excessive staining or misuse may require replacement. Security & Deposits Please do not tamper with cameras. Security deposits are refundable after the property is checked. Long Stays For stays of 30+ days, bi-weekly cleaning is required ($230 per cleaning). Other To keep the home fresh, please avoid using glitter, confetti, slime, Play-Doh, hair dye, or nail polish remover indoors. Thank you for being such a wonderful tenants!
