This is a new space in the market perfect for travel nurses, college students or for a single wfh-employee.
The home does not include parking. The tenant will have to park on the street.
The perfect tenant will be available to decorate and furnish the living space as he or she wishes as long as there are no holes in the walls or doors.

#4 DON'T BE HIGH MAINTENANCE.
Reasonable expectations: Not making excessive demands or complaints about minor inconveniences.
#5 DON'T LET SOMEONE LIVE WITH YOU AS ISN'T ON THE LEASE.

#6 KEEP THE RENTAL CLEAN.
Keeping the rental unit clean, maintaining normal wear and tear, and notifying the landlord about any damage promptly.
