Located on the side of our family home/ with shared walls, but completely private with private entrance.(no house privileges needed) Located in quiet neighborhood, on the Cresta Verde Golf Coarse. Exit the 91 at Mc Kinley or the 15 at Hidden Valley. -We would prefer a professional adult who works full time or possible a working full time student. This studio is very small, (master bedroom/bath/ kitchenette) no living room but really nice and clean! Please see pics. Private entrance through a gated walkway, nice kitchenette ( full size fridge, sink micro and toaster oven), full bath, large wardrobe closet, queen size bed, desk and chair, large TV, central air and heat ducts. (managed by owner kept at recommended temperatures). Firestick, TV, internet, and all utilities included. Outdoor BBQ and laundry unit available on site two days a week (days optional). Street parking -Pets are possible but will be determine by home owner. We are the owners and occupy the main house.
