You would be getting a house for the cost of a room. renter would have access to 90% of the house. looking for long term lease. tenant would only pay $200 of the utilities each month. we can work out details on food and cleaning etc, i expect someone to just keep a reasonably clean area, no old food dishes left in the room or dirty clutter (trash, empty water bottles, food wrappers etc.) will never enter your room without asking if it was necessary to do so. i would never go in without tenant being present unless an emergency.
