Private room, with shared living spaces. Desk and chair, and a dresser furnished. We have a cat and a senior dog. Due to feline Luekemia and the senior dog being 15 and towards the end of life, we are requesting no additional pets for this year. Water & Sewer, Electricity, Garbage, and Internet are included. Good, seasoned Oak & Maple firewood for the winter is in, asking for $100 to contribute towards it. We like to cook and eat together when we can. The kitchen has many appliances available to use, and it is a "working kitchen". Due to safety reasons, we prescreen only serious inquiries with a series of questions and a back ground check prior to letting anyone come inside our home, to walk around. The background check is usually completed within 24-48 hrs. Walk throughs can be done most of the time, by the next day after the background check is done. Smoking allowed outside only. Must clean up after yourself.

One roommate works in a group home as a care giver, and enjoys gaming and playing with the Magic card decks. The other Door Dashes and enjoys going over to family & friend's houses.
