    One room is available, with shared living spaces. There is a 5' by 3' desk included in the room if needed. We have a senior dog age 15 and are requesting no additional pets. Water & Sewer, Electricity, Garbage, and Internet are included. The kitchen has many appliances available to use, and it is a "working kitchen", but due to varied schedules, cooking and eating together doesn't happen very often. There is a wood stove that we use in the winter. Asking for a one time $100 contribution to go towards wood. Looking for a 3rd quiet roommate. We are responsible, respectful and are looking for someone who is also responsible and respectful, and who is tidy and clean. We are a non-drama house.
