A $250 non-refundable pet deposit +$50/ additional pet is required at the start of the lease to deep-clean the carpets; any other pet damage will come from the security deposit. PARKING. Parking is allowed on the flat areas of the lot around the house. Any damage to the septic tank or destruction of the ground will first be taken from the security deposit and any remainder will be billed to the tenant.
