The backyard faces south, east, and north, ensuring sunlight throughout the day. Hot Tub/Pool: Our newly renovated hot tub comfortably seats 4 adults, and heating is complimentary up to 6 hours/ day. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, perfect for cooler days or evening swims. Parking: Ample street parking is available directly in front and on the side of the house. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, parking is safe and easy. Entertainment: Enjoy Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and master bedroom, with access to Sling (Orange & Blue), Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and more. Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen offers non-stick, stainless steel, and cast iron cookware, along with a Keurig machine (starter pods, creamer, and sweetener provided), drip coffee maker, French press, and a selection of teas. Security/Cameras For your safety and security, there are 2 exterior cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front door and a street-facing camera at the back gate.
