Open upstairs bedroom with loft and adjacent door door to upper deck with king bed and queen bed in loft. Downstairs bedroom with king bed. Also has private game room in garage and kayaks available for use with waiver and deposit. Weekly and monthly availability. Absolutely NO animals of any type due to severe allergies. Includes internet and utilities and although we have never had a problem with internet, it is not guaranteed. Within one hour from: Silver Glen Springs, St Augustine old city/beaches/night of lights 30ish minutes: Ravine Garden State Park, Old Mill Pancake restaurant in Deland where you can make your own Pancakes and go on scenic boat rides 10ish minutes: Renegades on the water in Crescent City where you can eat on the water, fish, boat and sometimes they have events. Hallies Landing where you can very inexpensively rent paddle boats, paddle boards, play disc golf and eat great food. Security cameras on exterior premises of home and game room for security only. Only viewed if there is an incident Tenant pays utilities. Owner pays for lawn care and home maintenance. $1000 pet fee for pet violation or smoking.
