    *The unit is available for rent from 1/10/2026 through 4/30/2026.* This standalone unit was built in 2024. This one bedroom one bath unit has lots of natural light and beautiful mountain views. The unit is above a large garage. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood on 0.3 acres, this rental is perfect for someone looking a peaceful mountain getaway for a few months. There is an open living room and kitchen layout with a pellet stove and mini-split available for heating/cooling the unit. A vaulted ceiling in the living room makes the unit feel spacious and open. The bedroom includes a large closet with built in shelves. This is a smoke-free property and unit. The rental is located in Crowley Lake, CA. It is approximately 15 minutes to Mammoth Lakes and 35 minutes to Bishop. This is a great winter spot with access to backcountry skiing and dirt roads for hiking right out the door in the drier months. Two people maximum may rent the unit. Two cars maximum for the unit. Driveway parking available (no garage parking). No pets. The unit will be partially furnished. This includes: couch, credenza, kitchen stools, wall hooks, and bookshelf. Photos will be updated to reflect furniture that will be left in unit. Unit can be unfurnished per request of tenant. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and induction stove top/oven. There are many cabinets and drawers for storage, as well as a hallway pantry/linen closet. The kitchen will be stocked with: induction specific pots/pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. The garage will be accessible to the tenant for limited storage use and laundry. There is a washer/drier located in the garage. Fragrance- free products (detergents, drier sheets, etc.) must be used. A large white shelving unit in the garage is available for use by the tenant. No parking allowed in the garage. Tenant must request permission from landlord to store large items that don't fit on the white shelf in the garage. Snow gear (skis, snowboards, boots, etc.) storage allowed in designated section of the garage. *No smoking of any kind allowed in the unit or on property.* Utilities (electricity*, sewer, trash, internet) included in base rent. *If electrical bill exceeds $200, tenant must pay the difference. Tenant responsibilities: snow removal (driveway, walkways, etc.) and pellet stove maintenance (must vacuum pellet stove 2x/month. Landlord can do this for $300/month fee). Short term lease. Rental unit available as early as January 10th, 2026. Tenant must be moved out by April 30th, 2026. No smoking of any kind allowed on property or in unit. No pets. 2 cars maximum. No parking in the garage. Must use fragrance-free dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. All utilities included - trash, sewer, electricity (If electric bill goes over $200, the tenant must pay the difference). Internet included. Maintenance: Tenant responsible for plowing/shoveling snow from property including driveway and walkways. Tenant must vacuum pellet stove 2x each month (landlord available to do this for a fee of $300/month). Guest policy: A person is considered a 'Guest' if they stay for no more than 14 total days in any six-month period or 7 consecutive nights without prior written consent from Landlord. Any individual staying beyond these limits, or who receives mail, moves belongings, or pays rent, may be deemed an unauthorized tenant. 1. Guest limits & duration: Tenant agrees to limit the number of guests present at the property at any one time to a maximum of 6 persons. 2. Noise & Disturbance: Quiet hours are established from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. During these hours, tenants and their guests must maintain noise levels that do not disturb other residents, prohibiting loud music, shouting, or excessive noise. Tenants and guests must not create a public nuisance, including but not limited to excessive noise, loitering, or illegal activities. 3. Parking & Common Areas: A maximum of 2 vehicles per unit are permitted to park on the premises. Tenants are responsible for ensuring guests park legally and do not block driveways or common areas. 4. Party Prevention Clause: The property is a no-party zone. Large gatherings, celebrations, or parties that cause disruption, excessive noise, or exceed the guest/parking limits are strictly prohibited. 5. Consequences for Violation: Violations of these guest and noise policies, including creating disturbances or allowing guests to become unauthorized tenants, may result in a written warning or termination of tenancy as per California law.
