The living room with gas logs in the fireplace and dining area overlook a deck and the river. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and river view. It has generous closets and ensuite bathroom (tub/shower). The smaller bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom in the adjacent hallway has a walk-in shower. Stack washer and dryer. Oil baseboard heat, gas logs, mini split heat and cooling. Whole house generator. Garage parking. Tenant pays utilities (oil, gas, electric, internet). Utilities average $650/month. Landlord pays for plowing of road. Plowing or shoveling of driveway (a car's length) and walkways is tenant's responsibility. No smoking. No pets, no matter how adorable and perfect.
