This was a well stocked 5 star airbnb! Property owner lives downstairs, so a responsible tenant is a must! This is not a party house, nor for slobs, sorry. some furniture can possibly be removed if you would like to bring yours, however some things are non-negotiable and non-removable. Pets can be discussed, although separate non refundable deposit of $300 will be charged, and pets must be quiet, well behaved, and HOUSEBROKEN. Accidents will not be tolerated and tenant must agree to a walkthrough by the owner after one month to inspect cleanliness if a pet is in the apt. If pet waste odors or stains are present, lease will be terminated and tenant will forfeit damages caused by pets out of their deposit! There will be substantial late fees that will accumulate after more than 3 days late for rent. If you cannot afford this loft, please don't rent it!
