UPDATE: As of 12/05/2022 the drain commissioner has opened up/replaced tile drain on surrounding farmland and has cleaned out the tile on this property (says water is flowing nicely out of drains now). 40 Acres +/- hasn't been available since the 1960's! Formerly rented by hunters from the Detroit area. Mostly woods with a pond on it. Great area for hunting, hiking, mushrooming, may be an area to build in the South West Corner. Drain Commissioner is working on County Drain to continue to get water off of property, has opened it up some that dried a lot of the land. See new pics 9/19/22.
