The top floor has a queen bed, loveseat, walk-in closet and great views of the sunrise, overlooking the head of the lake. There is an adjustable standing or sitting desk which provides an excellent spot to overlook the lake while getting work done! The middle floor consists of the fully equipped custom kitchen and dining area including a table with a couch and four stools, a twin day bed and full bathroom. The bottom floor has a pull out double bed, flat screen TV and free use of the washer and dryer. A wooden sliding door separates this room from the entrance of the house. The private dock is a 50' walk from the house. Look both ways when crossing the scenic road which provides access to the houses on the North end of the lake. You can BBQ on the porch overlooking the lake or have a bonfire in the pit down below. Absolutely no smoking in or on the property. Renter pays for gas and electric. No smoking.
