The quiet office has a large standing desk for big projects and the other desk is adjustable for standing or sitting with an office chair. The WIFI is fast fiber and there is a monitor for you to plug into. Washer and dryer are stacked in the office and hidden by a divider, nearby are cleaning supplies and some "home starter goods" like rolls of TP, trash bags, etc. The master has a comfortable king bed, built in cabinets and drawers featuring preserved antique wallpaper. The "space room" is super quiet and has a queen bed, built in closets and drawers and a fun space theme. Outside is a courtyard, sitting and dining areas, BBQ grill, 6ft privacy fence, covered front porch with cafe table, and an off-street, lit parking spot. The guest manual is full of details about the neighborhood, city and state chock full of things to do. This is a standalone house, not a townhome, basement unit, mother in law, garden level, etc. No one will live there but you. The basement and garage are not for guests use and are locked during your stay. It is fully furnished and outfitted to move into right away, all utilities are included. The lease duration is flexible but it starts at 2 months minimum. The house is booked over 320+days a year so it is highly unlikely I can get you in the see it before you rent.
