You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay. -Trash bins to be taken out to curbside by 6 AM every Tuesday. -Guests responsible for changing batteries for front/rear entry doors. Host will notify guest. -Pets are NOT allowed -$500 refundable deposit -Electric and gas utility maxed at $200/mo. combined. Anything over will be taken from deposit. (e.g., utility bill is $205. The extra $5 will be deducted from deposit) -$125 cleaning fee is due at the time of reservation. For stays longer than 3 months, the fee will be prorated. -All appliances, furnishings and electronics to stay at property. Item(s) found missing will be brought to guests attention and result in security deposit being withheld. -Please note that the photos displayed are taken by professional photographers, and while I strive to maintain consistency, some furniture, appliances, or decor may differ at the time of your booking due to updates, repairs, or changes.
