    House for rent in Summit Cove, Dillon Colorado. Summit Cove is a family community with a mix of rental houses and owner occupied houses. A place to relax when you come home from work, a place to take an evening stroll and enjoy the sounds of family life. There are several hiking and biking trails close by as well as a paved bike path which goes throughout the county, There is an excellent elementary school within walking distance, 1/2 mile, and a schoolbus route. The free Summit Stage bus has a stop at the front of Summit Cove which is where there is a great pizza place, Last Chance Pizza. Also at the Cove entrance is a wonderful coffee shop and the Cala Inn, known for it's Irish cuisine, sunny deck and live entertainment. Our house is in the back of the Cove, nestled against the Keystone golf course. Situated on a flat lot, enclosed with a wooden fence and wonderful mountain views from the front deck facing west. Summit Cove is one of the few communities that gets mail delivered to your mailbox in front of the house. This is a two story, four bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Three bedrooms are located upstairs with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor facing the backyard. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the extra room downstairs. The extra room could be used as a playroom, exercise room or simply a second media room. The kitchen is a walk-thru with an attached island with storage. The dining room area is between the kitchen and the front room. The front room has windows facing east and west to catch every sunrise and sunset in the Colorado mountains and a glass door that opens to the backyard. Outside there is a storage shed located in the backyard that has a loft and electricity. The inside of the house has been completely repainted, the floors and carpet have been recently replaced. The roof has been replaced in the past two years as well as new outside paint. We are the owners and managers and although we don't live on site we are very responsive if the need arises. This is a year lease. Owner will pay for water and sewer charges, you pay for electricity. You are also responsible for setting up a trash service if you need. Talk to the post office to set up mail delivery in front of the house. At lease signing we collect first month and last month rent as well as security deposit. No smoking whatsoever inside of house. Pets are negotiable and will need to be met by owners before approved. Parking is in driveway only, street parking is not allowed in winter due to snow removal operations. Renter will be responsible for maintenance of yard including watering as needed and mowing as needed.
