The room is spacious (12 by 12) with two big windows. Common area (kitchen and bathroom) is well maintained and cleaned by all roommates. Everyone has assigned cabinet space and refrigerator space. Coin-op laundry (around $2/time) is at half-basement with bright light on the entrance and the space. There is a garden at back that everyone can share and it is a big plus in summers. The location is one block away from Boston Latin Academy and the public transportation is convenient. Since the neighbors are mostly single family, there're many on-street parking spaces. Parking is never a problem, even in the winters. We are happy to have another responsible tenant to stay at the beautiful apartment. No broker fee. Down payment includes first, last and one month security (a total of $2,400 (=$800X3)) to move-in. Minimal income requirement: $4,00/month.
