It's a quiet location with a smart lock, free parking, and available garage space for additional monthly rent of $150. This unit is also available for a nightly stay through AirBnb, so it contains many features for convenience and comfort, including A/C, starter toiletries, complete bedding, cleaning supplies, and spices and condiments along with a coffee station and other small appliances. Should any maintanence issues arise, I am only 5 minutes away, and I like to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Your comfortable stay is my goal! Minimum lease term is 30 days. Landlord pays all utilities. There is no smoking on the property. Cats allowed with landlord approval. No large parties or gatherings. Please limit the number of guests to 2. The backyard is for the exclusive use of Unit C. There will be a noise-level detector in the Unit (I will update conditions once installed). This is to monitor for parties and smoking. Applicants should have a credit score over 700 and should be able to demonstrate monthly income greater than 3x the monthly rent of $1800. The refundable deposit is $1800, which is due at signing along with the first month's rent.
