Located only half a block away is the paved Dover/Ponderay bike trail, two blocks away is the Pend Oreille River, access to 9 miles of Dover Bay paved trail system, and Syringa trail system (mountain biking/hiking) across the road. Downtown Sandpoint = 3 miles Schweitzer Mountain Resort = 25 minute drive the DISH restaurant in Dover Bay = 1 minute (3 blocks) Beautifully crafted 400 sqft cabin with two lofts and deck. Couch folds down to a full size bed for additional sleeping options, smart TV mounted on the wall, and room darkening blinds. Your kitchen consists of a full refrigerator, air fryer, toaster oven, and hot plate for cooking. Thermostat controlled heat and A/C. The bathroom consists of a hot shower and an Incinolet toilet (check out youtube or ask for link to see how it works). The full size bed is in one of the two lofts, second loft for your choice of storage, reading nook, or whatever your heart desires. Towels, 2 sets of sheets, comforter, blankets provided as well as start-up courtesy paper products, dish sponge, and soap. There is no laundry on site but there are two laundromats in Sandpoint that also offer drop off service. You also have access to the backyard oasis which includes firewood and a fire pit. And an extra bonus for you is access to our cedar barrel sauna. $950/month includes everything: Water/electric/garbage/internet and 1 parking spot on property. Sorry no pets. Dover is a wonderful place to rest and recover and offers so much to all that live here from the water access, dover beach, trails, and restaurant. This is a 3 to 6 month lease for one person. All Utilities are included: Internet, Electricity, Water, Garbage. Sorry no pets allowed - we have our own friendly dog and cat that live on property. No smoking. Parking space for one vehicle.
