The property owner will cover the cost of water and landscape maintenance. The tenant will be responsible for gas, electricity, and trash services. This residence is part of a duplex property but has its own private entrance. While garage or covered parking is not available, ample street parking is accessible in this welcoming community. Rental Application and Qualification Process All credit and background checks are conducted through Intellirent. Once you are ready to apply, you will receive a link to complete the application online. You will have 48 hours to submit your application. A non-refundable $40 fee is paid directly to Intellirent when you create your profile. Each applicant must be 18 years of age or older and must complete a separate rental application. Applicants must provide: -A valid driver's license or state-issued identification card -A Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number -Proof of gross monthly income equal to at least three times the monthly rent A $200 advance deposit is required to hold the property. This must be paid in person by cashier's check or money order. Please Note: The $200 advance deposit is non-refundable if fail to move in on the agreed date. Applicants must have a positive rental history and a minimum of one year of stable employment. Any prior bankruptcy must have been discharged at least one year prior to applying and must be accompanied by re-established credit. We do not accept applicants with prior evictions or outstanding tenancy-related collections, no exceptions. Smoking, vaping and marijuana usage is prohibited in the property. Property occupancy limit: A maximum of 5 occupants Property viewing is by appointment only.
