The location of our 3/2 pool cottage is ideal. We're directly on the Pinellas Trail two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and a few blocks from downtown Dunedin. You can ride your bikes to the beach, the marina, restaurants, breweries, wine bars, yoga on the beach, playgrounds, hiking trails, even a community splashpad for cooling off with the kids, a weekend farmer's market, an organic grocery store, a dog park, frisbee golf, traditional golf, and anywhere in downtown from our place.The picket fence in the backyard opens onto the Pinellas Trail. We will provide two bikes for your stay. Additionally, there are several golf cart rental businesses nearby and it's a wonderful way to get around town. The house is completely furnished and has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool area is spectacular and the playhouse in the yard is ideal for kids. The pool is heated and is usable year round along with a built-in hot tub. One well-behaved dog is welcome. We will consider more than one dog on a case by case basis. We are happy to consider short-term rentals and will have availability beginning July 1, 2025. Minimum rental term is 90 days. Short-term rent is 3,850 April through December and $5,500 January through March. Annual rent is $4,850. The cottage could be a wonderful temporary home for you and your family!
