I am looking to rent my tiny home out for a few months of the year. Its located two miles north of downtown Durango, CO along the Animas River. The scenic River Trail system is right outside the front door. You can also hop on the free trolley that runs right by the home and explore Durango. Hot springs are just 5 miles away. Reconnect to simplicity with this Japandi style tiny home curated for connection, nature, and sustainability. The home has room for two in the loft outfitted with a queen bed, and a couch pulls out for the option to sleep a total of four people. We've prepared the right mix of amenities for you, including a solar powered air conditioning and heating unit, stove, fridge, microwave, mini dishwasher, washing machine, a pour over, a Moka and a full set of plant-based soap and shampoo for you to use. There are also linens for the bedroom and bathroom, kitchen supplies, and all the plate ware one could need. *Note: Because we are aiming for sustainability and earth-friendly, we do use a Nature's Head Composting Toilet. It works similarly to a standard toilet, but it's not for everyone so I wanted to make this clear. You are welcome to do some research on the specific type, but I do provide a little video for how to use the system. I think it's quite cool! Leasing is at least 30 days. We live in a small close-knit, community so expect quiet and respectful tenants so that all feel comfortable in the community.
