    This is a great property, private, quiet, and peaceful, but yet only 14 miles to Old Town Fort Collins. Come build a full-time home or an occasional getaway. This 20-acre parcel has it all, sloped area, open meadows, and forested. There are multiple building site possibilities. There is a small seasonal creek running through the lower portion that is fed by runoff further up slope as well as a spring in the neighboring property.
