The Resident Manager and the Association Board have a sterling reputation. Monthly fees are $575; this has not increased in three years. Units can be rented to vacationers. The complex's buildings are scheduled to be painted this Autumn; funds are available to pay for it. The complex is not far from the Pacific Ocean and sandy Honl's Beach and its surf break.
