We designed the Josie to accommodate narrow lots without giving up livability. Like other plans in this series, the flow is from front-to-back, rather than side-to-side. Walking into the foyer, you'll pass a dining room, then the kitchen?which opens up into the family room and then concludes with the covered rear patio. We've tucked the staircase near the rear corner of the family room (for those who don't like staircases near the front door).The master suite and two of the secondary bedrooms are downstairs, with a full bathroom serving the secondary bedrooms as well as any visitors. The master suite has a small hallway of its own?creating a degree of privacy from the other two bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find another full bathroom, the fourth bedroom, and the bonus room.
