This is a very primitive property. There is currently no running water, no well and no septic system. The existing tank most likely requires removal and replacement. There is however, a new Envirolet composting toilet in the studio building located at the bottom of the ridge. At present, this property is considered off-grid because it is not currently connected to standard grid electricity. There are two solar panels near the cabin which were used as a source of electricity a some point. Whether those panels are functional or not is unknown. We are certain the cells/batteries they are connected to need replacing. It is possible the panels may function once the cells are replaced be remains unknown. The existing equipment appears old and may or may not need replacing. If the solar energy system does not function after battery replacement, there are two standard electric grid pedestals on the property which the new owner can connect to for standard electricity service. Vernon Electric is the provider and since there are two separate pedestals, the new owner would receive two separate bills from Vernon Electric. Since there is no well and no septic it is unlikely this property would qualify for traditional financing.
