This is a very primitive property. There is currently no running water, no well and no septic system. The existing tank most likely requires removal and replacement. Vernon Electric is the provider and since there are two separate pedestals, the new owner would receive two separate bills from Vernon Electric. Since there is no well and no septic it is unlikely this property would qualify for traditional financing.
