Credit and Legal History: Applicants must not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. A responsible financial history is essential, with a required credit score of at least 600. Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18, which must reflect a pattern of responsibility. Guest Identification Requirement: For security and compliance purposes, all guests over the age of 18 staying for the full duration of the reservation must provide a valid photo ID and email address to the host prior to check-in. This information is required to send and sign the Innkeeper Guest License Agreement. Failure to provide the requested information may result in cancellation of the reservation or denial of access to the unit until all required documentation is completed. Non-Smoking Policy: All applicants must be non-smokers. Occupancy Limit: Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom. Lease Term: Minimum lease term is 1 month.
