Water and sewer are included. We also have a detached bedroom at another house for $550 per month plus 2 hours a week work trade around our property. This house is close to the horse barn and we would like a person with a horse to live here. Horse rent charge below. There is a shared bath and shared kitchen 100 ft away. All utilities and internet included. Animal boarding is $150 per month per stall with pasture with your care and cleaning. Full service is negotiable.
