The large front deck is great for sitting in the relaxing northern Michigan atmosphere. With lake access only a 60 second walk away, you'll have access to Chippewa Lake, a 790 acre lake. This lake is great for fishing, kayaking, boating, and more! Two kayaks are located on the property to use at your pleasure. Great nearby golfing, hunting, and dining all within less than a 30 minute drive. Your lake life weekend awaits! Home is partially furnished with a washer/dryer unit. Tenant will be responsible for any lost and/or damaged furnished items. Rent does not include electric & gas utilities or wifi. Tenant is responsible for setting up/switching utilities to their names as soon as the property is occupied. Garbage collection cost is included in rent. No smoking. Pets are allowed with approval from landlord. Tenant pays a $250 deposit plus $50 per month charge per pet. Tenant expected to maintain upkeep of home; cut the grass & landscape, clean home, etc. Rent payments are due the 1st of the month. Check, cash, online payment (Venmo) accepted.
